About the Speaker: 

Jeffrey Grossman, EAMP, BS is the Creator and President of Acupuncture Media Works. Graduated from the University of Hartford in 1989, with a B.S. in communication and advertising.

After graduation, Jeffrey found work with large and small advertising agencies, newspapers, and magazines. His job description ranged from writing copy, designing ads, taking photographs, creating page layout, logo design, you name it, and did it for over 15 years.

After reading an article on Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jeffrey was inspired to enroll to the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA). After graduating in 1997, he made his way out west to Seattle. 

For the first few years, Jeffrey struggled growing his practice. But then, he finally got it! He began to focus on patient education and that's when it all shifted. Jeffrey began to develop marketing tools that he would use in his practice as a living laboratory. He created brochures, cards, newsletters, and developed a patient visit protocol. He watched my practice steadily grow!

Next thing he knew, Jeffrey's colleagues wanted him to create materials for their practices, and he even found himself offering advice and suggestions on how they can grow their practice too.
