CANCELLATION POLICY: 

All requests for cancellation must be received by FSOMA by writing or confirmed e-mail no later than July 1, 2022 to be eligible for a refund. 
There will be a $75.00 processing fee deducted from your refund. Cancellation requests between July 10, 2022 and July 19, 2022 will receive a 50% refund. 
All cancellations received after July 19, 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.

Breakfast Symposium Sponsorships

Present in a 50-minute educational symposium as well as many advertising values to your company.  You’ll work with the conference planning committee on a topic, and benefit from advance promotion designed to attract the maximum number of attendees to your session. Generally, sponsors earn additional benefits through marketing or networking deliverables. This marketing opportunity is only available for the Gold & Green Jade Sponsorship programs.

Healthy Breaks – $595

During our 3 day Conference, we have Healthy Snack Breaks for the attendees in the Exhibit Hall. Sponsoring a Healthy Break includes:

  • Logo on the Conference website
  • Logo in the Conference Brochure and Event Map
  • Signage where food is distributed (includes logo on signage)
  • Product sample insert in attendee bag (subject to approval by event management)     

TRAFFIC BUILDING MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES

Product Promotion Program – $395

  • Product Display Poster (Size: 36" x 24") in the “Product Showcase” area. Limited – Available on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • You supply the graphics for the 36" x 24" poster.
  • The poster will be displayed near the front of the Registration Desk, posted on the Conference website, and as an addition to the printed Conference Brochure.
  • Your Brand's participation will be mentioned in the promotional email to pre-registered attendees via FSOMA.org (FSOMA.org is the leading online resource for Florida’s Acupuncture and Oriental Medical Professionals)

Notepad – $295

Exclusive

Attendees know that one of the best ways to stay focused and organized is to take good notes. Whether attendees are in the classroom or walking the Exhibit Hall, they all need a handy place to make notations, organize business cards, keep track of orders and remember show deals. Use this sponsorship opportunity to make a statement by printing your business name and logo on the Notepad that all attendees will reach for many times throughout the Conference.

  • The Sponsor is responsible for selecting and providing at least 250 notebooks with approved artwork printed on them.
  • FSOMA will be responsible for including a notepad in each Attendee’s Conference welcome bag.
  • Notepad must be delivered to the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando prior to the Conference start date to be included in the welcome bag.

Silent Auction Donation or Raffle Items

The FSOMA Conference Silent Auction is our biggest fundraising campaign for the Forward Fund, a fund organized to help pay for advocacy initiatives such as the Acupuncture Education Day, the annual health fair at the Florida State Capitol, and exhibiting at other medical conferences.

Your donation towards the Silent Auction will help us raise the funds we need to continue our Advocacy work. 

Raffle Donations will be given out to our attendees during our Evening Networking Reception held Friday and Saturday night. Our evening receptions are well attended by conference attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and guests.

EXHIBIT HALL BOOTHS OPPORTUNITIES

Large Booth – $1,499

  • This space is 10′ wide and 8′ deep, allowing a height of 10′ x 10′ for displays
  • Intended for Exhibitors with large pop-up displays behind their table and requiring electricity
  • Located against a wall either in Exhibit Hall or if you prefer in the Foyer
  • Exhibitor Passport Package includes: admission passes to the Exhibit Hall for 2 company representatives, food at the breaks & reception.
  • Lunch will be provided to exhibitor staff at 11:30 AM before the hall opens at 12:15 PM on Friday and Saturday.
  • If your company anticipates sending additional staff or other individuals to the conference, then your company will be required to purchase additional admission passes to the Exhibit Hall – at a cost of $199 each.
  • The difference is in floor space and exhibit height, not actual table size – All Exhibits, regardless of size are provided complimentary a 6′ table, linen, wastebasket, and two chairs   
 

        

Small Tabletop – $1,199

  • These spaces are 7′ wide x 5′ deep. 
  • There will be pipe and drape in the middle of the hall allowing for pop up banners 7"x10" behind the tables
  • There is 6 inches on each side of the 6-foot table with 2.5′ to stand in front or behind the table.
  • NEW* Exhibitor Passport Package includes: admission passes to the Exhibit Hall for 1 company representative, food at the breaks & reception.
    Additional Passports may be purchased if needed.
  • Lunch will be provided to the 1 exhibitor staff at 11:30 AM before the hall opens at 12:15 PM on Friday and Saturday.
  • If your company anticipates sending additional staff or other individuals to the conference, then your company will be required to purchase
